Mango Banana Nicecream N’ Oats Split Berry Bowl

Mango Banana Nicecream N’ Oats Split Berry Bowl

So I made this the other week when I was on vacation in The Smokey’s. I was staying in an Airbnb so we were pretty limited on supplies that were in the fridge. I was still able to make a super delicious and healthy meal despite all of that. And it’s not that impressive because it really wasn’t difficult at all. I wanted to show you all how simple it can be to still make gorgeous and unique, healthy options even if you don’t have the GAZILLION exotic foods every food instagramer seams to have. In fact, simple recipes like this are easier for your body to digest because there are so few ingredients. Sounds like a win to me🙌🏻

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 frozen banana

• 1/2 of a mango or 1 cup of mango (fresh or frozen)

• 3/4 cup oats

• 3/4 cup almond milk

Toppings:

• “18 Rabbits” granola

• fresh raspberries & blueberries

• cashew butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the oats and milk to a stovetop, simmer until the liquid is absorbed into the oatmeal. The time will vary depending on what type of oats you are using.

2. For the mango nicecream, simply add the banana and mango to a food processor and blend until creamy. You can also add a dash of milk to help it blend easier.

3. Now assemble a bowl. Fill half the bowl with the mango mixture, and the other half with your oatmeal.

4. Lastly, serve as is, or add toppings. I added fresh berries, cashew butter and granola.
