Matcha-Turmeric & Bee Pollen Latte W/ Oat Milk

I’ve been all about the matcha game

lately. I just feel like I can’t get enough of it! This warm cup of goodness is a perfect excuse for me to have matcha like every single day, and I totally love it! Not only is matcha powder super good for you, it gives you a refreshing boost of energy that will keep you going all day. I definitely need more things like that in my life🙃

INGREDIENTS

* 4 oz. (1/2 cup) STRONG coffee or coffee concentrate

* 4 oz. (1/2 cup) oat milk, you can use any milk of choice but oat milk is my favorite for lattes

* 1 1/2-2 teaspoons unsweetened matcha powder (every matcha powder has a different flavor strength)

* 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

* bee pollen (around 2 teaspoons)

optional:

* Collagen or other healthy add-ins

* cinnamon (it gives it a nice flare)

* sweetener (the matcha and oat milk gives enough sweetness for my taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. After preparing your hot 4 oz. of coffee, stir in the collagen if you are using any.

2. next, heat the 4 oz. of milk for about 60 seconds in a microwave. Just enough to get it warm and bubbly.

3. to the milk, stir in all other ingredients. Now take a foamer and foam for around 30 seconds. If you don’t have a foamer, you can skip this step and it will still taste delish 🙂

4. pour the milk mixture over your coffee and either drink as is, or stir it for a more consistent experience lol.

5. lastly, you can either stir your pollen in, or place it on top to make the drink look cuter😜, that is definitely my preference. You can totally skip the bee pollen step, but if you have some on hand, I definitely recommend it.👌🏻
