Superfood Papaya Boats with an Açaí Smoothie
I tried papaya for the first time when I took this photo, and goodness gracious is it good! it’s not too sweet and perfect for people like me who would totally rather eat their bowl for breakfast instead of using a normal bowl!
What it is:
• cut a papaya in half and then de-seed it (is that even a word lol)
• make an açaí smoothie, or just your favorite smoothie. I made a mine with 1 frozen açaí purée packet, 1 frozen banana, lemon juice and coconut juice.
• add your fav toppings. I used —> banana, maca powder, flaxseed, matcha powder, hemp seeds, maple syrup, chopped dates, almonds, blueberries, flaxseed, raspberries, white chia seeds and granola
