Rich Chocolate Almond Butter Cup Oatmeal {Thick & Creamy}
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 1/4 cup oats, it doesn’t matter what kind
* 1 ripe, mashed banana
* 1 1/4 plant cup milk
* 2-3 Tablespoons nut butter
* 1-2 Tablespoons coco powder
Toppings: (optional)
* More nut butter
* 100% dark chocolate chunks
* hazelnuts
* 1/2 banana
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin by adding all the ingredients, except the toppings, to a small pan.
2. Mix together and let lightly simmer until most of the liquid has been soaked up. The amount of time it takes depends mostly on what kind of oats you are using, and your preference on gooeyness.
3. Lastly add your toppings. You don’t have to use the kinds I used, But it is quite delicious! I added a chopped up banana, 100% dark chocolate chunks, chunky almond butter from Trader Joe’s and hazelnuts.
