Golden Milk (Turmeric) Chia Pudding – Dairy-Free
so if you’re like me and bought an entire bottle of turmeric and have no idea what to do with it… this is the recipe for you! It is also a fun twist on traditional chia seed pudding.
Combine⤵️
• 1 cup almond milk
• 3 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
• 2 teaspoons maple syrup
In a mason jar. Screw the lid on and shake well. Leave in the fridge for several hours, or overnight until the mixture has thickened. You can then top with whatever you like. I recommend coconut or any type of fruit. This time I used Gogi berries.
