Easy Vegan Matcha Overnight Oats
I think I’ve already gone into detail in the past about how much I L.O.V.E. matcha, but I think y’all need to hear it again🤣 ok I guess I’ll spare y’all but seriously, matcha is so yummy in oats because it gives it more of a “fresh” flavor. I love that because a lot of oatmeal recipes can seem kinda “heavy.” This is the opposite of that and I just think y’all should give it a try!!!⤵️
INGREDIENTS
– 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
– 1 cup plant milk
– 2 tsp- 1 T chia seeds
– 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract
– 1/2-1 tsp matcha powder
– 1 tsp maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir all ingredients together (or shake in a mason jar) and let sit overnight. Add desired toppings. I used fresh mango, coconut, frozen raspberries and frozen blueberries.
