Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowl Parfait {VEGAN}
I am so in love with this concept because normal bowls are just so *last year* haha. But seriously, I don’t know about you, but eating my bowl for breakfast sound pretty cool to me( by the way you can totally do this with other fruits such as watermelon, pitaya, ect.)
All you need is:
• a ripe cantaloupe
• dairy free yoghurt (I love cashewgurt from the brand forager)
• maple syrup
• granola
• any fruit of your choice (I chose blueberries and strawberries)
Instructions:
• cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds however you like. I usually just use my hands or a spoon.
• create about 3 layers in the out of your cantaloupe to create a beautiful… and delicious parfait. 😉
