Oil Free Roasted Sweet Potato Cubes That Won’t Ruin Your Diet
I used to hate sweet potatoes and wouldn’t even touch one with a mile long pole, then I realized how much healthier they are than regular potatoes. I decided I needed to try them again… but not in some gross form like mushy sweet potatoes packed with brown sugar and marshmallows. My absolute favorite thing to do with sweet potatoes is to make fries with them, but this method is still AMAZING and so much easier! This recipe is SO easy, that it doesn’t even require measurements!
All you have to do is👇🏻
• cut all your sweet potatoes into cubes (the secrete is to get them as small as possible).
• add just a tad of water to make the spices stick (I use water instead of oil because it is less calories).
• Next add any kind of seasonings your heart desires… including herbs or dried spices (I also love adding lime or lemon).
• Lastly add your potatoes to 400 degree Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes (stirring half way through). During the last few minutes, turn on the broiler to make them Xtra crispy.😍😍😍
