Healthier Butterbeer From Harry Potter

Ingredients
- for the soda
2 cups (2 cans) Zevia cream soda
2 Tablespoons sugar free caramel sauce
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- for the cream
½ cup canned coconut milk
2 Tablespoons melted ghee
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Whisk the soda ingredients together and evenly divide into two cups.
- Froth, blend, or extensively shake the cream in a mason jar until the cream is airy. Mix in the rest of the cream ingredients and pour over the soda.
- Optionally, drizzle each of the drinks with a caramel or cinnamon sprinkle.
Notes
- Substitute cream soda with apple cider for a yummy fall alternative.
- Use coconut cream instead of coconut milk and beat in a mixer to develop a whipped cream instead of thinner, runny cream that is created with just coconut milk.
