Best Vegan Tahini Dressing
Listen up, folks. I rarely post savory recipes on this blog. After all, my bio contains the description ‘sweet tooth,” and I embody those words wholeheartedly. So you better believe that if I am posting a savory recipe, it is for a valid cause.
There are several reasons I have fallen in love with this recipe. For starters, it is dairy-free and vegan. It aligns with many dietary restrictions, which is cool, but it definitely doesn’t’ taste like a “healthy” recipe. I believe that flavorful dressing is essential to consuming salad. I mean, without the dressing, is just a bowl of blandness. It takes minimal ingredients to compile this flavorful tahini dressing!

It takes minimal ingredients to compile this flavorful tahini dressing. Plus, it is both vegan and nutritious!
Ingredients
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2- 4 Tablespoons of water
2 Tablespoons liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce
½ teaspoon fresh garlic
- optional
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or hot sauce
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk all the ingredients until smooth and incorporate
Store in an airtight container in the fridge
Notes
- Add more or less water to achieve your desired consistency.
- Other types of vinegar or even lemon juice can be used, but balsamic vinegar is my favorite for this recipe.
