Avocado Kale Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl – Creamy & Smooth {Vegan}

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 packed cup kale

* 1/2 avocado

* 1 tablespoon chia seeds

* 1 Tablespoon nuts (you can use soaked nuts for easier blending)

* 2 Tablespoon oats

* 1 – 1 1/2 cup frozen berries

* 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

* 1/2 cup dairy-free milk of choice

Optional:

* 1 date or 1 Tablespoon sweetener of choice

* 1 scoop collagen collagen or other addins

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you are worried about the texture being chunky, blend each of the ingredients separately, such as the nuts, until they turn to fine powders. Then blend them all together at the end.

2. I topped my smoothie bowl with frozen berries, matcha powder, and coconut.
