20 Second Vegan Banana Milk in a Blender {Endless Flavor Combos}
When I originally saw the idea of banana milk on Pinterest, I thought it was one of those cheesy concepts that people make up out of nowhere but really are no good at all. I am so happy to say that I was super duper wrong, because this is honestly one of the most genius inventions ever! This wonderfully smooth and frothy milk-like substance is amazing to drink on it own, but also for things like cereal, fruit, or even poured in coffee to make a latte. The options are seriously endless. I hope you guys can realize how excited I am about this!!! I know l, maybe I’m weird for getting so excited about blended up bananas, but that’s the kind of stuff that makes me happy! So enough with me rambling, here’s how you make banana milk.
INGREDIENTS
* 3 super ripe Banana
* 3 cups water (more or less)
optional add-in ideas:
* Ice
* vanilla
* dates
* Cinnamon
* cocoa powder
* matcha powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the bananas and water to a blender. The amount of water needed depends on how thick you want the “milk” to be. I recommend starting with less than 3 cups of water, because you can always add more.
2. Add any other ingredients you would like to flavor the milk with. This step is totally optional, but the flavor combos you can use with this recipe are endless. I added one date and a dash of cinnamon to this batch, and it was delicious!
3. blend the mixture until the milk has become smooth and frothy. Pour into a cup and drink immediately, or store in the fridge for later uses. Shake the milk well before every use.
