Grapefruit and Thyme Soda – Honey Sweetened

Grapefruit and Thyme Soda – Honey Sweetened

Ingredients
2 cups sparkling water, tonic water, or unsweetened club soda + 2 wedges of grapefruit for serving
½ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
2 stalks thyme
honey
Directions
- To two glasses, fill halfway with ice and add 1 cup of sparkling water.
- Pour in ¼ cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and add a stalk of fresh thyme to each glass.
- Finally, top with a drizzle of honey and a wedge of grapefruit.
