This refreshing tonic contains freshly squeezed grapefruit juice for a citrus zing, a hint of thyme, and a drizzle of honey to concoct an irresistible result.

Grapefruit and Thyme Soda – Honey Sweetened

This light and refreshing concoction coexists perfectly with a sunny summer day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling water, tonic water, or unsweetened club soda + 2 wedges of grapefruit for serving

  • ½ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

  • 2 stalks thyme

  • honey

Directions

  • To two glasses, fill halfway with ice and add 1 cup of sparkling water.
  • Pour in ¼ cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and add a stalk of fresh thyme to each glass.
  • Finally, top with a drizzle of honey and a wedge of grapefruit.

Notes

  • There are endless soda flavor combinations you can try. Some ideas include mint and blueberry, basil and strawberry, raspberry and rosemary, watermelon and cucumber, blackberry and lime
