Hi, I’m Megan! I fell in love with food pretty much immediately after oatmeal touched my tastebuds at the age of one. Now, I am in high school and aspire to make healthy fun for people of every age and skill level with easy to follow instructions.

While I most definitely believe there is always a time to snack on a flavorless cucumber simply because it is nutritious, there are other times that call for the construction of a guilt-free but indulgent chocolate cashew milkshake topped with a coconut whipped cream and a caramel date sauce. (umm, yum). In case you didn’t already realize, there is a huge emphasis on “delish” foods here. I want to provide you with healthy recipes that even the pickiest of eaters with enjoy!
